Check-in:

    • Kindly provide a valid photo I.D. at the time           of check-in. The following documents only           are considered valid I.D. proofs — 

       Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card &         Aadhaar Card.
    • Our check-in time is 13:00 Hrs and check-           out time is 11:00 Hrs, if you wish to retain             your room beyond this time, please contact         our front desk. The extension will be                     given depending on the availability and               extra charges as applicable.

COVID Safety Protocol:

    • As a safety protocol, temperature of all the          guests will be taken at the time of check-in.          Only asymptomatic guests shall be allowed.
    • All Guests are requested to follow social              distancing norms and wear the face                      cover/face masks at all times whenever you        are outside the room and in the public                  areas inside the resort.
    • Persons above 65 years of age, persons              with comorbidities, pregnant women, and            children below the age of 10 years are                advised to stay at home, except for                       essential and health purposes.
    • Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be            followed as far as feasible.
    • Practice frequent hand washing with soap            (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when                hands are not visibly dirty.
    • Use of Aarogya Setu App is recommended           for all guests.

Important:

    • All our meals are pure vegetarian, on a fixed        menu basis, and are served at our 

      restaurant by following the social distancing        guidelines.

    • Meal Timings:

               Breakfast: 8 am – 9.30 am

               Lunch: 12.30 am – 2.30 pm
               Evening Tea: 5 pm – 5.30 pm
               Dinner: 7.30 pm – 9.30 pm
    • Guests are particularly requested to lock the        door of their rooms when going out or going         to bed.
    • Important: Money, jewels and other                       valuables are brought to K.R.E.D Pvt. Ltd.           Deccan Winds Resort premises at the                 guest’s sole risk. For the convenience of             the Guest, electronic safety lockers are               provided on request to store any valuables.         K.R.E.D Pvt. Ltd. Deccan Winds Resort               and/or the management accept no liability           and will not in any way whatsoever be                 responsible for any loss / or damage to the         guest’s belongings or any other property             from either the hotel room or the locker               or any other part of the hotel for any cause           whatsoever including theft or pilferage and           guests shall remain solely responsible for             the safekeeping of any such items.
    • As the property is situated amidst nature, 

      we advise our guests to keep the door                  always closed to avoid any insects get into          the room.

Following is prohibited in the resort:

    • Pets not allowed.
    • Smoking and Alcohol consumption is                     prohibited in the resort.
    • Non-vegetarian food is strictly not allowed in        the resort.
